For the first time in history, there are five generations in the workplace. The traits, beliefs and life experiences of the generations affect their view of ethics, work and communication. This course will share information about each generation in light of these variances. Ethical guidelines can be developed to assist employees in the multigenerational work environment and beyond. The challenges of effectively managing generational differences for employers and managers will be discussed.

This program is designed to give participants a basic understanding of yacht and boat insurance coverages and warranties.  They will be given terminology associated with yachts and boats and will be able to understand the basic underwriting criteria and philosophy and market structure.  The program will demonstrate the differences between standard P & C and marine coverages and the losses associated with writing boats and yachts.
