Michigan No-fault auto coverage is based on law and is an endorsement to the Personal Auto policy. Confusion about the changes to the No-Fault Law occurring in 2019 and 2020 continue. They will be reviewed and reenforced to help agents explain the system to the consuming public.

This program begins with information on ethical thought and responsibility. After the material on ethics, they will review various ethical dilemmas and apply the principles learned about the ethical thought processes. Based on practical, useful material, the course includes lecture and group activities.
