Sustain Success - CPIA 3 - This workshop focuses on fulfilling the implied promises contained in the insuring agreement.

Participants will:

- review methods of providing evidence of insurance coverage

- discuss policies and procedures for controlling errors and omssions including policy review and delivery, endorsements, claims-processing, and handling of client complaints

- learn how to calculate the lifetime value of a client and techniques for generating referrals.

Throughout each section of the workshop material, tips for preventing Errors & Omissions are highlighted and discussed.

Available as a CPIA update but a CPIA update is not required to take the classes.

An annual update is required to maintain the CPIA designation. You may take the full days as set up - full date options:

February 12, May 5, August 5, September 16 or October 15…

OR

NEW OPTIONS - Mix N Match, pick a morning class and pick an afternoon class on May 5, August 5 or October 15. You may select ½ day classes on different days or select the option of topics on the same day.

Mix N Match Days: May 5, August 5 or October 15 - select a morning from any of these dates and an afternoon from any of these dates. Example - May 5 am and October 15 pm. A total of 7 hours of credit are required for your CPIA update.
