there is time to address E&O loss control. A lot of factors go into agency
success, including the agency’s good reputation and efficiency that increases
productivity and profitability.  Good agencies know that creating a sound
business plan is key to the agency’s success. Creating an E&O loss control
program is an important part of agency business planning.

Agencies frequently attend E&O seminars and learn lots of helpful hints to minimize E&O exposure they can take back to the office and apply to their everyday workflows.  Although this information is helpful, it is often received in a piecemeal fashion and not introduced agency-wide.  Creating an internal E&O loss control program helps an agency look at its entire E&O exposure
